1 – Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any use of the booking platform accessible on the Website www.manicurerusse.paris, for the booking and purchase of treatments on the theme of Russian manicures ('the Service' or 'the Services') offered by Aleksia Manicure Russe and carried out by Aleksia Manicure Russe for non-professional customers ('The Users' or 'the User').
The main features of the Services are presented on the Website www.manicurerusse.paris. The User is required to read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order. The choice and purchase of a Service is the sole responsibility of the User.
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, and in particular those applicable to other marketing channels for the Services.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the website www.manicurerusse.paris and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version or any other contradictory document. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the computer system of Aleksia Manicure Russe constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the User.

As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent modifications, the version applicable to the booking and payment by the User is the one in force on the Site and the Application on the date the order is placed.
2 – Presentation of the Site and the Services provided
The company Aleksia Manicure Russe allows, through its Website www.manicurerusse.paris, a User, previously registered/registered, to book and pay online for services related to beauty and well-being, carried out by Experts working for the company Aleksia Manicure Russe.
The Service allows the User to book an appointment slot for a specific service to be performed by Aleksia Manicure Russe according to a place (home), a date and a time of appointment, chosen by the User according to the availability displayed on the Website www.manicurerusse.paris.
Once the service has been booked and paid for online, the user will receive a detailed confirmation by email, to the email address that the user will have entered in the booking form on the website www.manicurerusse.paris.
3 – Pre-contractual information – Acceptance of the T&Cs
The User acknowledges having been informed, prior to registration on the Site and before placing his order, in a legible and comprehensible manner, of these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale as well as of all the information and information referred to in Articles L111-1 to L111-7, and in particular:
– the essential characteristics of the services, taking into account the communication medium used and the service concerned;
– the price of the services;
– the date and duration of the booked service(s)

By using the Service, the User also agrees:

. not to authorise third parties to use the User Account;
. not to assign or transfer the User Account to any other natural or legal person;
. not to use the Service for illegal purposes, including sending or saving illegal content or for fraudulent purposes;
. not to use the Service in order to harm, embarrass or disturb third parties;
. not to jeopardize the proper functioning of the network;
. not to disrupt the Service in any way;
. not to use the Service with an incompatible or prohibited smartphone;

Aleksia Manicure Russe reserves the right to immediately suspend, by operation of law and without prior compensation or formality, any booking in the event of a breach of these Conditions.
4- Access to the Services and creation of the User Account
The Packaged Services are accessible through the use of the website www.manicurerusse.paris, and by direct contact with Aleksia Manicure Russe for tailor-made services
To access the Services, the User must imperatively go through one of the two accesses offered, the only means authorized by Aleksia Manicure Russe.
Access to the Site is free and open to any User with internet access. All costs related to access, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are the sole responsibility of the User. They are solely responsible for the proper functioning of their computer equipment and their access to the internet. The Site and the Application are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5- Creation of a user account
In order to be able to access the booking of the Services offered by Aleksia Manicure Russe (booking and purchase of a service), the User must create a personal account called a "User Account".
The opening of a User Account is reserved for adults with full legal capacity. A minor is not allowed to register.
The User must fill in the account opening form and provide a valid email address and a password to secure the connection to his personal account.
Login credentials are confidential and must not be communicated by the User to third parties. The User alone ensures their confidentiality and will, in all circumstances, be solely responsible for their use. Aleksia Russian Manicure reserves the right, for technical and/or security reasons, to unilaterally modify or delete a User's identification codes without prior notice after notifying him/her.
The creation of the User Account can only be validated following the express acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the User, who will thereby acknowledge having read them and accept them without reservation. Once the User Account has been created, the customer will be able to book an appointment, complete their personal information and pay.
6- Ordering
To make a reservation for a service, the User must first ensure that he or she is eligible for the geographical scope covered by the Service.
The User chooses from among the services presented in real time on the site on the day of the order. At this stage, the User acknowledges having read the nature, destination and methods of performance of the service presented on the site and, if necessary, having requested and obtained the necessary and/or additional information to place his order in full knowledge of the facts. The User is solely responsible for his/her choice of activities and their suitability to his/her needs, so that the responsibility of Aleksia Manicure Russe cannot be sought in this regard.
In order to proceed with the booking of the service, Aleksia Manicure Russe provides access to the availability of appointments in real time and according to the geographical area concerned. The User can thus select the day and time that suits him or her for the requested service.
The User will then have to fill in the personal information concerning him/her such as: his/her surname, first name, address, mobile phone number and all the information concerning the place of the appointment so that Aleksia Manicure Russe can get there without difficulty. This information must be accurate and justified at the first request of Aleksia Russian Manicurist, and it must also be updated regularly by the user.

In the event that it is impossible to respect the proposed booking date, Aleksia Manicure Russe undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible by telephone, email or post.
7- Rates and Payment
The prices of the services offered are those valid on the day of booking and ordering on the website www.manicurerusse.paris, with the exception of tailor-made requests made by the customer to Aleksia Manicure Russe.
These rates are fixed in euros including all taxes. They include material costs, travel costs to the meeting place indicated by the User, the costs of products related to the services ordered, as well as the services of the company Aleksia Manicure Russe.
Prices are subject to change, they may be modified or updated by Aleksia Manicure Russe at any time. It is the User's responsibility to remain informed of the rates in force at the time of booking and placing an order.
The booking of a service on the Site entails a firm and definitive commitment to the payment of the service by the User, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale, which he will have previously read and accepted.
To make the payment of the services booked and ordered, the User acknowledges that Aleksia Manicure Russe may debit the account linked to the credit card number that has been communicated to its payment service partner to activate its customer account.
The User is responsible for the payment of the sums due under each service performed by Aleksia Russian Manicure that has been requested.
The order is collected (the debit of the credit card) is immediate at the time of online payment of the reservation on the website www.manicurerusse.paris
Aleksia Manicure Russe reserves the right to suspend any booking from a User with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous booking, pending the payment of this prior order, regardless of the payment method.
8- Secure payment
Aleksia Manicure Russe uses a third-party secure payment system ("the STRIPE payment system"). The processing of any payments or credits arising from the use of the Application and the service will be governed by the terms and privacy policy of Aleksia Manicure Russe's partner payment system and by the terms and conditions of the issuer of the User's credit card. Aleksia Manicure Russe declines all responsibility in case of error due to the payment system.
The personal data provided by the User is used to complete the transaction. It will be recorded and used by Aleksia Manicure Russe in accordance with its privacy and cookie statements. It authorizes the "payment system" to store my bank details on behalf of Aleksia Manicure Russe in order to facilitate future orders. 9- Execution of the service
Aleksia Manicure Russe takes care of the execution, and is therefore responsible for the service.
As part of its relationship with the User, Aleksia Manicure Russe is required to perform its service in accordance with the customs of its profession and any beauty and well-being service at home.
The User undertakes to comply with the rules of punctuality and to allow the efficient implementation of the service, in particular by giving access to a space large enough to install the manicure equipment, an electrical outlet, water and light to allow Aleksia Manicure Russe to have the conditions conducive to the execution of a Russian manicure service at home within a given time. In the event that the User is unable to provide these provisions to Aleksia Manicure Russe, he/she must suffer the consequences of the impossibility for Aleksia Manicure Russe to perform the service(s) ordered, without being able to request a refund or any price reduction.
The User also undertakes to inform Aleksia Manicure Russe of any known allergy from which he or she may suffer or of any contraindication with regard to certain substances or products that Aleksia Manicure Russe may use.
The service provided by Aleksia Manicure Russe will be considered to be regularly and fully performed if the user does not communicate any difficulties encountered or reservations immediately after the performance of the service. In addition, the User must immediately notify Aleksia Manicure Russe of any serious breach.
Liability in the event of a dispute: Aleksia Manicure Russe assumes responsibility for the resolution of customer disputes within one month within the framework of the T&Cs accepted by the client. The User may at any time send a complaint by post (to the registered office of Aleksia Manicure Russe) or by e-mail to the address aleksia.manucurerusse@gmail.com.
10- Obligations of the user
The User undertakes to receive Aleksia Russian Manicure, in perfect sanitary conditions and to provide her with a point of water and soap.
11- Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L 121-21-8, 12°) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for any provision of leisure services to be provided on a specific date or period.
12- Cancellation of the reservation
Cancellation requests are handled by Aleksia Manicure Russe from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The user has the possibility to cancel or modify his reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before his appointment (in working days), according to the following conditions:
If the user respects the 48-hour deadline (in working days, i.e. from Monday to Saturday) for his cancellation request, he will be fully reimbursed for his order directly to the bank account that supports the credit card with which he made the reservation.
If the use does not respect the 48-hour period (in working days, i.e. from Monday to Saturday), no refund can be made by Aleksia Manicure Russe.
In the event that the user wishes to make an appointment for a service to be carried out less than 48 hours before the order, the latter acknowledges that this reservation will not be modifiable and, in the event of cancellation, it will not be refunded.
Delays by the User or Aleksia Russian Manicure are tolerated up to 15 minutes after the agreed appointment time. After this period, if the User or Aleksia Manicure Russe are late, they are both free to accept or refuse the appointment with or without postponement of the service.
13- Liability
Aleksia Manicure Russe will endeavour to keep the Site, and its contents, in a correct and up-to-date condition, but does not guarantee that they are free of errors, defects, malware or viruses, or that the Site is correct, up-to-date and accurate.
Under no circumstances shall Aleksia Manicure Russe be liable for any damages arising from the use (or inability to use) of the Site, including damages caused by malware, viruses or any inaccuracy or omission of information, of the Site, unless the damage results from a deliberate act or gross negligence of Aleksia Manicure Russe.
In addition, Aleksia Manicure Russe shall not be held liable in any way for damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) of electronic means of communication with the Site, in particular damages resulting from a failure or delay in the transmission of electronic communications, an interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and the transmission of viruses.
14- No Warranty
Aleksia Manicure Russe undertakes to make its best efforts to keep its booking platform and appointment availability up to date in real time, in order to allow the confirmation of bookings requested by the User in a systematic way.
In the event that Aleksia Manicure Russe is unable to satisfy a booking request made by the User, it will notify the User by any means (by email or telephone) in order to propose another date, without this constituting an obligation to purchase with regard to the User.
15- Intellectual Property
The content of the Website www.manicurerusse.paris is the exclusive property of Aleksia Manicure Russe and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Aleksia Manicure Russe alone owns all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights in and to the Site, and the Service, and all suggestions, ideas, requests for improvement, comments, recommendations and other information that Users or any other party may communicate about the Site, or the Service.
These Terms of Use do not constitute a sale and do not confer any direct or indirect ownership rights in the Site, and no intellectual property rights owned by Aleksia Manicure Russe. The name, logo and product names of Aleksia Manicure Russe associated with the Service are trademarks of Aleksia Manicure Russe. Aleksia Manicure Russe does not grant any right or license to use these trademarks.
The following definitions apply for the purposes of these Terms of Use.
"Content" means any content presented or displayed, including, but not limited to, logos, icons, trademarks, text, captions, images, photographs, moving images, sounds, illustrations, music, software (except the App), opinions, remarks, comments, graphics, links, questions, suggestions, information or other materials.

17- Cookies

20- Disputes
All disputes to which the operations related to the use of the Website, the Service carried out pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may give rise, concerning their validity, interpretation, execution, termination, consequences and consequences and which could not be resolved between Aleksia Manicure Russe and the User shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
